🔹 Job Description

MillerKnoll is hiring fresh Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Mechanical Engineering graduates (with computer science) for its fresher induction program. The role involves working on software analysis, development, maintenance, and testing, supporting business and stakeholder needs across global divisions.

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Analyze and maintain product data.

  • Design, develop, or test software applications to meet business needs.

  • Support cross-departmental projects across global teams.

  • Work within defined processes, procedures, and deadlines.

  • Ensure quality, detail orientation, and adherence to project goals.

🔹 Required Candidate Attributes

Academics

  • BE / B.Tech / BSc (Computer Science) / BCA / MCA.

Technical

  • Strong OOPS fundamentals.

  • Education/training in one or more computer skills.

  • Courses/training on latest tools (e.g., BI, Reporting, Microsoft .NET) is a plus.

  • Internship/project experience in software development is an advantage.

Personality

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

  • Open to debating and discussing ideas.

  • Willing to learn new technologies.

  • Flexible to work in UK shift (12 PM – 9 PM).

  • UG: BCA, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E (Any specialization).

  • PG: MCA.
