π Job Description
Startek is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive (Remote). This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals who are fluent in Hindi and English, with a basic system setup and stable internet connection.
You will be responsible for handling customer interactions across various channels – voice, email, and chat – and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
✅ Key Responsibilities

π Handle customer queries over phone calls, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

π️ Document interactions and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as required.

π€ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints efficiently.

π― Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction at all times.

⏰ Work in 24/7 rotational shifts with 6 working days per week.

Education: PUC (12th pass) / Any Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years in BPO/Call Center or related domains

Languages: Proficiency in both Hindi and English (mandatory)

Shifts: Rotational (9-hour login per day)

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off)
