📝 Job Description

Startek is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive (Remote). This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals who are fluent in Hindi and English, with a basic system setup and stable internet connection.

You will be responsible for handling customer interactions across various channels – voice, email, and chat – and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • 📞 Handle customer queries over phone calls, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • 🗂️ Document interactions and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as required.

  • 🤝 Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints efficiently.

  • 🎯 Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction at all times.

  • ⏰ Work in 24/7 rotational shifts with 6 working days per week.

🧠 Key Skills Required

  • ✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English

  • ✔️ Active listening and interpersonal skills

  • ✔️ Ability to handle multiple tasks/conversations simultaneously

  • ✔️ Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving ability

  • ✔️ Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including nights)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: PUC (12th pass) / Any Graduate

  • Experience: 0–3 years in BPO/Call Center or related domains

  • Languages: Proficiency in both Hindi and English (mandatory)

  • Shifts: Rotational (9-hour login per day)

  • Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off)

  • Job Type: Remote – Work from Home

💻 System Configuration Requirements

Candidates must have their own system with the following minimum specifications:

  • 💾 RAM: Minimum 8GB

  • 🌐 Internet: WiFi with at least 45 Mbps download speed

  • 💽 OS: Windows 10/11

  • 🎧 Headphones (with mic) – Mandatory
