We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our dynamic team on a short-term contract. Ideal for freshers or early-career professionals, this role offers hands-on exposure to real business data and analytics tools.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to support client business needs

  • Prepare and present graphical reports that communicate findings effectively

  • Perform in-depth data analysis using both traditional and advanced methods

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business goals

  • Document data analysis processes, insights, and conclusions clearly

  • Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure

💡 Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and lookup functions

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Presentation and storytelling through data

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

🌟 Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

  • Exposure to any analytics or statistical tools (R, Python, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of data wrangling and reporting
