🎯 Roles Available:

💬 Chat / Email Support (US/UK Process) – Hyderabad WFH

  • Scope of Work: International Chat Support

  • Work Mode: Work From Home

  • Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

  • Resolve customer queries through chat, voice, or email

  • Deliver excellent customer service using empathy and product knowledge

  • Handle high-volume interactions with accuracy and professionalism

  • Log issues accurately into CRM systems and escalate when needed

  • Adhere to quality standards and performance metrics

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream)

  • Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (both mandatory)

  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

  • Must be open to rotational shifts (24x7)
