📝 Job Description

Cognizant is hiring freshers and 2025 graduates for a non-voice, content review role. This is a remote (work from home) opportunity for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar.

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, have a neutral mindset, and are comfortable analyzing online content based on brand and safety guidelines.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • 🖼️ Review and verify images and content against the corresponding website.

  • 🔍 Ensure the content aligns with brand and family-safe guidelines.

  • 🧾 Rate content based on Cognizant’s internal classification and safety protocols.

  • ⚖️ Analyze and assess sensitive, diverse, or potentially non-family-safe content neutrally.

  • 🌐 Identify brand names and ensure they match the content appropriately.

  • 🗂️ Handle tasks with high accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

💡 Skills & Attributes Required

  • ✅ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • ✅ Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes

  • ✅ Attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • ✅ Comfortable working with diverse or sensitive content

  • ✅ Time management and task prioritization skills

  • ✅ Basic knowledge of community standards and content safety is a plus

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • 📘 Education: Any Graduate (UG)

  • 🧑‍🎓 Experience: 0 years – Freshers welcome

  • 🆕 2025 pass-outs are also eligible

  • 🌍 Location Preference: Bhubaneswar (Work from Home model, must be from or able to relocate if needed)

🕒 Work Schedule

  • 🕰️ 24/7 rotational shifts

  • 🗓️ 6 working days a week

  • ✨ Typically, 2 consecutive days off each week; occasionally split days based on project needs
