Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Fullstack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. As part of our engineering team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on client integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver seamless software solutions that power FinTech ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain secure, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and Redux.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to design and launch new features.

  • Work with clients to integrate applications with Anumati, support UAT, and ensure smooth sign-off.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production incidents quickly and effectively.

  • Stay updated with the latest in Java, ReactJS, cloud computing, and DevOps tools, proposing improvements where needed.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks.

  • Support end-to-end feature rollouts, from development to deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: BE/B.Tech in Software Engineering (or equivalent) / Any Graduate.

  • Experience: 0 – 1 years in full-stack development.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices.

    • Frontend expertise in ReactJS and Redux.

    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud.

    • Good understanding of design patterns, OOPS concepts, and best practices.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

    • Ability to work both independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

    • Knowledge of financial markets and the banking industry is a plus.
