📝 Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join the Email & Chat Support team of a top MNC in Hyderabad. This role is suitable for graduates who are fluent in Hindi and English, and possess strong typing and communication skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, your daily tasks will include:

  • 📧 Email Support: Responding to customer issues professionally via email.

  • 💬 Chat Support: Engaging with users through live chat to resolve their concerns.

  • 🛠️ Issue Resolution: Ensuring quick and satisfactory responses to customer problems.

  • 🗂️ Documentation: Accurately logging each customer interaction.

  • 📈 Productivity Targets: Meeting daily benchmarks for quality and speed.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

  • 🎓 Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).

  • 🆕 Experience: Freshers welcome; up to 2 years of experience preferred.

  • 🌐 Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and English.

  • ⌨️ Typing Skills: Good typing speed and reading comprehension are essential.

  • 🧠 Other Traits: Attention to detail, team spirit, and customer-oriented mindset.

🕐 Work Shifts & Conditions

  • 🔄 Shifts:
    • Males – Rotational Shifts
    • Females – Day Rotational Shifts

  • 📅 Week Off: 1 rotational week off

  • 🚖 Cab Facility: Not provided

  • 💼 Work Location: Ranigunj, Hyderabad (On-Site)
