This role is focused on providing international voice and email support to global clients. It involves resolving customer issues related to products or services via inbound calls and emails, ensuring a high-quality support experience.

  • πŸ“ž Inbound Calls & Emails: Handle queries and provide support for international customers.

  • 🧰 Product/Tech Support: Guide customers through solutions using scripts and tools.

Eligibility Criteria

  • πŸ“š Education:

    • PUC / 12th Pass

    • Diploma / Undergraduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, BE, B.Tech, BA)

  • πŸ‘Ά Age: 18 to 30 Years

  • 🌐 Experience: Freshers & Experienced (up to 3 years) welcome

  • πŸŒ™ Shifts: Flexible to work in Day/Night Rotational Shifts
