  • Handle customer service queries through inbound calls

  • Deliver timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining service quality

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs: CSAT, AHT, FCR, and customer effort metrics

  • Build and expand domain and client knowledge

  • Ensure proper issue documentation and follow-up

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and punctuality


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    • Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, B.Sc, and B.Sc IT

    • (Note: Candidates from Stats, Math Hons, and Eco Hons backgrounds are not eligible)

  • Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service, freshers are welcome

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent spoken English and communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

    • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
