  • Annual CTC: ₹1.75 – 2 LPA

  • Shift: Rotational shifts (day/night shifts may apply)

  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs

  • Experience Required: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from customers

  • Provide assistance and resolve queries in a professional manner

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Follow communication guidelines and protocols

  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed

🧾 Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Undergraduate or Graduate (from any stream)

    • Note: Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible

  • Languages:

    • Must be fluent in English and Hindi (both are mandatory)

    • Additional regional languages are a plus

  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal communication

    • Active listening and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

    • Basic computer literacy
