🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.

  • Respond to customer queries via voice, chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken.

  • Meet performance goals in areas such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service at all times.

  • Adapt quickly to process changes and updates in client protocols.

  • Prior international voice process experience is mandatory
