🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.

  • Respond to customer queries via voice, chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken.

  • Meet performance goals in areas such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service at all times.

  • Adapt quickly to process changes and updates in client protocols.

🛠️ Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Prior international voice process experience is mandatory

  • Proficient in multitasking across systems and communication platforms

  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software is a plus

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills

  • Comfortable working from office (WFO)

  • Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational shifts

  • Must be located within commuting distance of job location

  • 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs

  • Candidates must be ready to attend interviews and join without delay
