🧩 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

This role is part of the Global Shared Services Center – Supply Chain Management team. You will support Eaton's business operations in the US/UK region, assisting in the material management process for remote plant locations.

🔧 Functional Responsibilities:

• Understand and assist in Material Management and Supply Chain processes

• Communicate and coordinate with product line supervisors, purchasing teams, and stakeholders

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track and improve performance

• Collaborate to ensure smooth flow of demand and supply

• Use ERP tools to perform transactions and manage material data

• Apply hands-on skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Utilize Power BI and analytics tools for reporting and insights

• Follow and enhance standard operating procedures for process efficiency

• Meet and improve KPI targets around cost, cash, service levels, and continuity of supply

🧠 Required Skills & Tools:

• Basic understanding of ERP systems and material management workflows

• Proficiency in MS Office (basic to intermediate)

• Experience or exposure to Power BI and data analytics

• Strong grasp of supply chain concepts and performance metrics

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions

🎓 Qualifications:

• BE / B.Tech (Any stream) or Any Graduate

• Postgraduates are also eligible

• 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
