This is a dual-role opportunity, handling both Voice and Non-Voice processes, which includes managing customer inquiries through calls, emails, live chat, and providing back-office support.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
