Job Highlights:
- Qualification: HSC, Graduate, or Diploma in IT
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Service Desk or Technical Support (International voice process preferred); Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
- Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred.
- Shift: 24x7 support (Night shifts mandatory); rotational off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via calls, emails, and chats.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to end-user devices, OS (Windows, Mac OS), and applications.
- Support POS devices, printers, routers, and store IT equipment (retail industry exposure preferred).
- Perform first-line help desk support; escalate unresolved issues.
- Follow up on incidents and update knowledge base articles.
- Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong spoken English and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and technologies.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer/technical support.
