✅ Role Overview – Telecaller
As a Telecaller at Pulsefy Technologies, you will play a key role in customer interaction, sales promotion, and after-sales service. This role requires proactive communication and relationship-building with customers, ensuring their queries are addressed and business goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote products and services, and follow up on recent purchases
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer complaints with timely and appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Update customer databases regularly
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
- Monitor competitor offerings and stay informed of market developments
- Adhere to company policies, especially regarding confidentiality and data security
- Participate in regular training and development programs
- Manage work schedules efficiently and deliver results under pressure
