As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through voice calls, emails, and chat support. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound voice calls and address customer inquiries
- Provide prompt support via email and chat
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Ensure complete documentation of customer interactions and transactions
