Job Description:

We are hiring experienced candidates for the position of Desktop Support + Active Directory (AD) + Office 365 Admin.

Key Skills Required:

  • Desktop Support & System Administration (3 - 4 years)
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory (AD)
  • Expertise in Office 365 Admin Center
  • Familiarity with SCCM & RMM Tools
  • Troubleshooting on Windows and Mac systems
  • Handling Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to manage US-based client support in night shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user desktop support remotely (Windows and Mac)
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) user accounts and permissions
  • Administer and manage issues related to Office 365 (O365 Admin)
  • Support for Outlook configuration, mailbox setup, and troubleshooting
  • Handle service requests through SCCM and RMM tools
  • Work closely with IT teams and end-users to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation for issues and resolutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction with timely responses and solutions

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a working laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work night shifts and handle international client support
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Willingness to work a 6-day week with rotational days off

Required Education:

  • UG: Any Graduate
