π Job Description:
As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, territory management, customer relationships, and business development. This role provides hands-on experience in consultative sales, business planning, and promotional activities to develop future sales leaders.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
π Sales Target Achievement:
✅ Sell assigned product portfolio and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
✅ Drive brand recommendation (MOR) and sales growth within the assigned territory.
π Territory Management & Business Planning:
✅ Develop and execute business plans to enhance sales performance.
✅ Work with inside sales & marketing teams for better area coverage and sales conversion.
π€ Customer Relationship & Business Partnerships:
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
✅ Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely solutions.
π’ Sales Promotions & Product Mix:
✅ Implement promotional strategies to drive product demand.
✅ Optimize product mix (push sales & volume) for maximum profitability.
π¦ Stock & Inventory Management:
✅ Monitor customer stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.
✅ Ensure optimal product display and availability in key accounts.
π Performance Tracking & Reporting:
✅ Conduct business reviews (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
✅ Track key KPIs like sales pipeline, win ratio, and revenue forecasts.
π Collaboration with Internal Teams:
✅ Work with sales, account management, and marketing teams to refine strategies.
✅ Conduct training sessions to enhance the sales team's knowledge and effectiveness.
π Continuous Improvement & LEAN Practices:
✅ Optimize sales processes and operational efficiency using LEAN principles.

- Pursuing MBA from a reputed college
