Job Description

We are hiring fresh graduates (2022–2024 passouts) with strong communication skills in Telugu (Hyderabad openings) or Kannada (Bengaluru openings). As part of the BPO team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over calls, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records.

This role is suitable for immediate joiners looking to start their career in the customer service industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers over calls with professionalism and clarity.

  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer records.

  • Resolve queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Handle pressure while delivering quality service.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Any Graduate (2022–2024 passouts only).

  • Languages:

    • Telugu – for Hyderabad positions.

    • Kannada – for Bengaluru positions.

  • Strong communication skills and customer handling ability.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
