Associate Engineer – IT Infra (Freshers)

📍 Location: Visakhapatnam (Work from Office, Mon–Fri)
🧑‍💻 Experience Required: 0 – 1 year (2024/2025 passouts only)
🎓 Education Requirement:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline

  • Additional certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Cisco) are a plus

Job Description

We are looking for fresh graduates to join our IT Infrastructure team as Associate Engineer – IT Infra. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues across Linux and Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain workstations, OS, and applications.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

  • Design computer systems to meet organizational requirements.

  • Keep track of user issues until resolved, escalating where necessary.

  • Ensure proper logging and follow-ups after issue resolution.

  • Document technical knowledge in knowledge base.

  • Train users on systems and monitor daily technical performance.

  • Help deploy new software or hardware systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help (written and verbal).

Preferred Candidates

  • Freshers (2024/2025 passouts).

  • Candidates from Visakhapatnam and surrounding areas.

  • Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco technologies (advantageous).
