🔹 Job Description

We are looking for Telugu-speaking Telecallers to join the domestic voice process team. The role involves customer interaction, query resolution, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Telugu.

  • Support customer queries and ensure resolution.

  • Provide a positive customer experience to retain clients.

  • Maintain professionalism and meet call quality targets.

🔹 Required Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Any degree (Graduation not mandatory).

  • Communication: Fluency in Telugu, with basic Hindi/English as an added advantage.

  • Other requirements: Immediate joiners preferred.

🔹 Education

  • UG: Graduation Not Required

  • PG: Any Postgraduate

🔹 Ideal Candidate

  • Good at customer communication.

  • Ready to work from office.
