📝 Job Description

Accenture is hiring a Customer Service New Associate to support their Retirement Solutions vertical. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates or individuals with 0–1 year of experience who are looking to begin their career in customer support.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • 💬 Deliver high-quality customer service related to retirement plans and financial services.

  • 🛠️ Support customer interactions through various platforms (call/chat/email as needed).

  • 📄 Maintain accurate documentation and follow company protocols.

  • 🔄 Work in a rotational shift model, including night shifts.

  • 🏢 Work 5 days a week from the office.

🎯 Required Skills & Profile

  • ✅ Education: Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, etc.)

  • 📢 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication in English.

  • 🌙 Shifts: Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.

  • 👨‍💻 Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in any domain (Customer Service preferred).

  • 🧠 Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and customer-centric attitude.
