🧑‍💻 Role Overview – Associate Analyst

As an Associate Analyst, you will be working on configuring and testing Wipro’s Proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System based on client-specific requirements. This role requires basic knowledge of SDLC, SQL, Mainframes, and SAS — ideal for 2024 freshers eager to start their IT careers in a leading global company.

📌 Job Responsibilities

  • 🧩 Configure and test Wipro's TBA System using internal tools and technologies.

  • 🛠 Use relational database concepts to write and execute SQL queries.

  • 🔍 Perform system testing and contribute to software quality assurance.

  • 📊 Understand and implement logic using SAS, Mainframes, and SDLC principles.

  • 📚 Analyze client requirements and configure TBA accordingly.

  • 🧠 Use strong analytical skills to solve complex problems in manageable parts.

💡 Required Technical Skills

  • Sound knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

  • Familiarity with SAS, Mainframes, and DB2

  • Proficiency in simple and complex SQL queries

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Good understanding of database concepts (keys, table relations, queries)

📣 Soft Skills & Communication

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts:

    • 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM

    • 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM (based on business requirement)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA (Only 2024 Passouts)

  • Branch: Open to all streams

  • Minimum CGPA: As per company criteria

  • Work Location:

    Wipro, Elcot SEZ, Vilankurichi Village, Coimbatore – 641004, Tamil Nadu
