👨‍💻 Role Overview – International Non-Voice Process

 This role involves handling international customer interactions via chat/email (non-voice), working in rotational shifts from the comfort of your home. Applicants must be based in Hyderabad with valid address proof.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions through non-voice channels (chat/email).

  • Ensure timely and accurate responses.

  • Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks.

  • Adhere to rotational shift schedules.

🧰 Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

  • Typing speed and email/chat etiquette.

  • Ability to work night shifts and weekends.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass

  • Graduates & Postgraduates welcome

  • Freshers & experienced both can apply

🎁 Job Highlights & Requirements

  • 💻 Work From Home (Permanent)

  • 🖥️ Company will provide system post-selection

  • 🔋 Must have own power backup (inverter)

  • 🌐 Minimum Internet speed: 30 Mbps

  • 🕘 9-hour rotational shifts (including 1-hour break)

  • 📅 5.5 working days/week with 1.5 days rotational week-off
