🎯 Job Role: Voice Customer Support Executive (Inbound)

As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound voice calls, assist customers with queries, and provide a seamless customer service experience in both English and Hindi.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

  • Resolve queries and provide real-time support.

  • Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to shift schedules and reporting timelines.

🧠 Required Skills & Eligibility:

  • ✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

  • ✅ Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts

  • ✅ Prior experience in voice process (preferred but not mandatory)

  • ✅ Must have the required system specifications (below)

  • ❌ Graduation not mandatory

💻 System Requirements (Work-from-Home Setup):

  • OS: Windows 10 or 11

  • RAM: 8 GB or more

  • Processor: Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher

  • Headset: USB Noise-Cancellation headset

🗓️ Job Schedule:

  • Work Days: 5 days/week

  • Off Days: 2 rotational weekly offs

  • Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts

  • Joining: Immediate
