🎯 Job Role: Voice Customer Support Executive (Inbound)

As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound voice calls, assist customers with queries, and provide a seamless customer service experience in both English and Hindi.


πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

  • Resolve queries and provide real-time support.

  • Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to shift schedules and reporting timelines.


🧠 Required Skills & Eligibility:

  • ✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

  • ✅ Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts

  • ✅ Prior experience in voice process (preferred but not mandatory)
