🚀 Job Role: Associate Software Engineer

As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to the development of next-gen software systems using a modern tech stack and an AI-first approach. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, participate in design and code reviews, and build scalable, efficient applications that make a real impact.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented code

  • Debug, test, and maintain software applications

  • Participate in code reviews and adhere to engineering best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and development

  • Embrace AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and solve problems faster

  • Continuously learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing software requirements

🧠 Required Qualifications:

  • 2025 passout with BE/BTech in CS/IT/IS or MCA

  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOP

  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages

  • Knowledge of web/mobile development or machine learning, security, etc.

  • Good academic record (No backlogs)

  • Good communication and analytical skills

  • Curiosity about integrating AI tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude

⚙️ Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Knowledge of React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, .NET, PostgreSQL

  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)

  • Experience with Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines

  • Exposure to AI-enhanced workflows in coding, testing, documentation

  • Prompt engineering and experience designing AI-driven automation tools
