  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat

  • Understand and explain product/service information clearly

  • Log and track customer interactions and escalate complex issues

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout customer interaction

  • Follow up with customers as required and ensure closure of open issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge & typing skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Team player with a positive attitude

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

  • Must be an immediate joiner

  • Good fluency in English communication

  • Females: Day Shift only

  • Males: Rotational shifts (9-hour duration)
