🧠 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for global clients.

  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.

  • Assist in opening new customer accounts and maintaining service quality.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and calm communication during stressful interactions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle international customers in a professional tone.

  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Qualification: Any Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduation not mandatory)

  • Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers can apply)

  • Willingness to work from office in Bengaluru
