📝 Job Role Overview

Role Title: Software Developer
You will develop and support applications across health services, recruitment, software development, and real estate. This role offers structured training, real-world projects, and long-term growth.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • 💻 Develop software using Python, Java, Web, or Android technologies.

  • 🛠️ Support systems related to medical practice, real estate, IT recruitment, and internal websites.

  • 🧠 Learn through detailed documentation and training.

  • 🤝 Work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.

🧠 Mandatory Requirements

✔️ Graduate or above (no current students)
✔️ Minimum CGPA of 7.5
✔️ Experience/knowledge in Python, Java, C/C++, PHP, Web Technologies, or ABAP
✔️ Own a laptop/PC with a high-speed internet connection
✔️ Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
✔️ Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
✔️ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
✔️ Must join within 2 weeks
✔️ 8-hour/day availability (Mon–Sat), starting from 6:00 AM IST

🚫 Note: If you do not meet all of the above, this role is not suitable.

🌟 Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 👩‍🎓 Fresh graduates with a CGPA ≥ 7.5 and basic programming experience

  • 👩‍💼 Experienced candidates with solid coding and development background

🕒 Work Timings

  • 🗓️ Monday to Saturday

  • ⏰ 8 hours/day (Flexible start, preferably around 6:00 AM IST)

💰 Remuneration & Benefits

  • 📆 First 6 Months: ₹15,000/month

  • 📆 After 6 Months: ₹20,000/month

  • 📈 Guaranteed 20% annual salary hike
