👨‍💻 Role Overview – Non-Voice & Voice Customer Support
 This role involves assisting international customers through non-voice and voice-based support, handling inquiries across various channels, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer queries via voice and non-voice channels.

  • Provide accurate resolutions for customer concerns.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient support.

  • Work effectively within a team and individually.

🧰 Key Skills Required

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, typing, email etiquette).

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

  • Should be comfortable working from office.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

  • Non-Voice: Undergraduates or any Graduates (Experienced preferred)

  • Voice Process: Freshers only
    🚫 Note: B.E./B.Tech/MBA/PG not eligible
