💼 Role Overview – Fullstack Developer

We are looking for enthusiastic Fullstack Developers (Freshers or up to 2 years of experience) to join our growing product engineering team. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong grasp of Java and SQL, paired with a passion for building responsive UI/UX, integrating AI tools, and solving real business challenges.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web features using Java and SQL

  • Design and build RESTful APIs, integrate database schemas and business logic

  • Collaborate on building HR modules with a focus on intuitive UI/UX

  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., NLP, ML APIs, chatbots) into product workflows

  • Set up and configure authentication, authorization, and data validation

  • Participate in agile development, code reviews, and daily team meetings

  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code to solve real-world problems

🛠️ Key Skills Required

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Java programming language

  • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases

  • Experience or knowledge of frontend technologies:

    • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

    • Frameworks like React.js or Angular (preferred)

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration

  • Exposure to AI APIs, ML tools, or chatbot integration (preferred)

  • Version control: Git/GitHub

Design & UI/UX

  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices

  • Ability to design user-friendly interfaces for web-based tools

  • Comfortable using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar (nice to have)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in fullstack or backend/frontend development

  • Internship/project experience in Java-based web applications is a plus

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
