Role Overview

As a Fullstack Developer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software applications. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop backend services using Spring Boot and Spring MVC

  • Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs for application functionality

  • Implement and maintain relational database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

  • Build and enhance responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript and ReactJS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment

  • Debug, test, and improve application performance

  • Ensure code quality through proper documentation and version control (Git)

  • Follow object-oriented programming (OOP) practices and clean code principles

  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions

  • Work independently on assigned modules and tasks with minimal supervision

🛠️ Key Skills Required

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC

  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

  • Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party services

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of ReactJS

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

  • Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL or other relational databases

  • Version control systems like Git/GitHub

  • Understanding of MVC design patterns

Bonus (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

  • Understanding of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)

  • Experience working with JSON/XML
