Role Overview

As a Pncpl Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of Replicon’s PPM software solutions, primarily using C# and .NET technologies. This role also emphasizes the use of AI-assisted development tools to optimize software quality, performance, and productivity.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and excited by the potential of AI in modern development workflows.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex modules of PPM (Project Portfolio Management) products using C# and other .NET-based tools

  • Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, unit testing, and reviews

  • Adhere to quality standards, development guidelines, and best practices, including code reviews and consistent coding styles

  • Leverage AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to:

    • Accelerate development and automate routine code generation

    • Perform intelligent code review and refactoring

    • Generate documentation and analyze code quality

    • Automate test case generation and detect bugs early

  • Apply agentic AI tools for performance optimizations, architectural insights, and intelligent development suggestions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with marketing, business goals, and technical requirements

  • Understand target environments, performance criteria, and competitive landscape

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem

  • Experience in developing enterprise-grade web applications or desktop software

  • Good understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and design patterns

  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., MSTest, NUnit, xUnit)

  • Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

  • Exposure to SQL and relational database concepts
