🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers Preferred)

  • Location: Sanaswadi, Pune

🛠️ Job Overview:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will receive hands-on experience across multiple departments such as production, quality assurance, maintenance, and process improvement. You will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and participate in ongoing manufacturing projects.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production planning, process improvement, and shop floor activities

  • Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

  • Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to corrective/preventive actions

  • Support the engineering team in equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting

  • Maintain accurate records of production data, inspections, and test results

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution

  • Involve in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean principles, etc.)

🎯 Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts

  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems

  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and CAD interpretation

  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

  • Willingness to work in a plant/shop-floor environment

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Stipend: ₹30,500 per month

  • Loyalty Bonus: ₹2,000 per month
