💼 Role Overview – Java Developer

We are looking for energetic and motivated Java Developers (Freshers or up to 1 year experience) to join our growing team. You will work directly with experienced developers and get real-time exposure to live projects, clean code practices, and Agile development workflows.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, debugging, and testing of Java applications

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java

  • Work closely with senior developers on client and internal projects

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team meetings

  • Document code functionality, modules, and workflows

  • Contribute to learning initiatives and technical brainstorming sessions

🛠️ Key Skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Core Java

  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

  • Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms

  • Familiarity with:

    • Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)

    • Hibernate

    • SQL and Database Concepts

    • RESTful APIs

    • Git/GitHub version control

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Exposure to coding platforms like HackerRank, LeetCode, Codeforces, etc.

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge

  • Strong debugging and logical reasoning skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

  • 0–1 year of experience in Java development (internships or academic projects accepted)
