Internship Overview

This Software Development Internship provides an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates, postgraduates, or PhD holders to gain hands-on experience in computational modelling, prototyping, and simulation software development.

Interns will contribute to developing software models, build prototypes, attend mentorship and networking meetings, and document technical outcomes — gaining exposure to real industrial applications and practices.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop simulation software models and proof-of-concept features for R&D products

  • Work with global team members across various time zones and collaborate on technical challenges

  • Attend regular mentorship sessions and networking meetings to learn best practices in software modelling and simulation

  • Prepare technical documentation and concise project reports

  • Participate in internal reviews, feedback loops, and refine prototypes based on mentor inputs

  • Gain exposure to real-time business operations, model audit processes, and cross-disciplinary integration

  • Optionally explore basic German communication for cross-border team interaction (not mandatory)
