Job Description

As a Software Developer, you will work across the full software lifecycle and contribute to solution design, development, integration, testing, and release. You will collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to implement scalable features, support automation, and ensure delivery meets customer and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Software Architects to implement solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

  • Analyze customer needs and suggest suitable solutions based on strategy and design documentation (LLD).

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, maintainable code using modern development tools and practices.

  • Conduct unit and component testing, including bug fixing and documentation for long-term maintainability.

  • Prepare release notes, manage configuration packages, and ensure compliance through CPA signatures.

  • Support integration, system, and acceptance testing phases (IAT, SIT, UAT, and Production).

  • Promote secure coding practices to avoid common vulnerabilities.

  • Leverage tools such as Jira for lifecycle tracking and participate in go-live activities with operations teams.

  • Champion automation, continuous learning, and best practices across the team.

Skills and Qualifications

You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate.

  • Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.

  • Knowledge of Web Services, IP technologies, and Cloud platforms.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

  • Hands-on experience in automation, build frameworks, and CI/CD tools.

  • Good understanding of ALM platforms, testing tools, and deployment automation.

Education Requirements

  • UG: Any Graduate

  • PG: Any Postgraduate
