🎯 About the Role

We are currently seeking highly motivated Java Developers with 0–1 year of experience to join our talented engineering team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about software development, eager to work on real-world enterprise applications, and willing to grow into full-stack or cloud-native development roles.

As a Java Developer, you will be involved in the complete software development lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing system architecture to writing code, testing, and deploying scalable, reliable applications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems using Core Java and Spring Framework.

  • Work with DB2 relational databases, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance.

  • Implement distributed caching mechanisms to ensure scalability and high availability of applications.

  • Participate in DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and containerization.

  • Collaborate with frontend developers and UI/UX designers to integrate backend services with web technologies like Angular.

  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best coding practices and design patterns.

  • Take part in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in software development and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.

🔧 Technical Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.

  • Hands-on experience or good understanding of Spring / Spring Boot framework.

  • Proficiency with DB2 or other relational databases; knowledge of query optimization techniques.

  • Basic knowledge of Python or Perl for scripting or automation tasks.

  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.

  • Understanding of Gradle, Maven, or similar build tools.

  • Exposure to DevOps, continuous integration, and automated deployment tools.

  • Bonus: Experience with Angular, Distributed Caching (like Redis), or Stream Processing frameworks.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

  • UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
