🧠 About the Role

As a Manual Software Test Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software products before release. You'll work within a collaborative team to validate features, test protocols, and help improve overall software performance.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Execute manual test cases across modules in the NetSim simulation environment

  • Prepare test cases, test plans, and detailed test documentation

  • Identify, track, and report bugs using bug-tracking systems

  • Verify and analyze behaviors of network protocols like 5G, IoT, MANET, etc.

  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs and provide feedback

  • Ensure software releases are stable, reliable, and user-friendly

  • Analyze simulation results and validate technical accuracy

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements

  • (Optional) Assist with test automation initiatives

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma holders only (Computer Science / IT / Electronics preferred)

  • S.S.L.C / 10th Standard: Minimum 80%

  • P.U.C / 12th Standard: Minimum 80% (if applicable)

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of networking and communication protocols
