Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time assistance to international customers via live chat.

• Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints effectively.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Work flexibly in a dynamic, 24/7 shift environment (including nights and weekends).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Qualification:

  • Any Graduate / 12th Pass / 10+3 Years Diploma holders are eligible.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
