Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently while also identifying opportunities for upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Promote relevant products or services to increase sales.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective service.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Work Timings:

• Female Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 7 AM to 8 PM.

• Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹16,400 CTC (₹13,500 Take-Home) – Fixed.

• Overtime Pay: ₹150 per hour for additional working hours.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: No specific graduation requirement.

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to multitask and handle queries effectively.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts for male candidates.
