Role Overview:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives who are passionate about helping customers and delivering an exceptional service experience. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have some industry experience, we have an opportunity for you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs.

  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.

  • Maintain and update customer interaction records using CRM software.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduate fresher or Undergraduate with minimum 1 year of experience in collections or telecalling.

  • Candidates with valid DRA certification are highly preferred.

  • 0–4 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Knowledge of collections process is an added advantage (CSE/CSC certification preferred but not mandatory).

  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure, especially during peak hours.
