Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SQL Server Fresher to join our vibrant and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals who are enthusiastic about database development and want to build a career in data engineering and management. You’ll receive mentorship from senior professionals, work on real-time projects, and contribute to the development and optimization of our database systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SQL Server databases

  • Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability

  • Collaborate with senior DBAs and software developers to implement database solutions

  • Participate in backup, restore, disaster recovery, and database migration activities

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in line with company standards

  • Assist in creating reports and performing basic data analysis to support business needs

  • Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices in the field of databases

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong foundational knowledge of SQL Server and SQL programming

  • Familiarity with relational database design concepts

  • Good understanding of data modeling and normalization

  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to data warehousing concepts and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with other RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

  • Understanding of indexes, stored procedures, functions, and triggers

  • Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, Java, etc.) is an added advantage

Educational Qualification

  • Undergraduate: Any Graduate (B.Sc., B.Tech, B.Com, BCA, etc.)

  • Postgraduate: Any Postgraduate (M.Sc., MCA, MBA, etc.)

  • Doctorate: Not Required
