Position: Customer Support Executive / Sr. Associate
Shift: Rotational (including night shifts depending on the process)
Work Type: Voice & Non-Voice (Chat/Email Support)

• Deliver customer support via phone, chat, and email to resolve queries.

• Manage international voice processes across various industries.

• Accurately process transactions and maintain quality standards.
