Position: Customer Support Executive / Sr. Associate
Shift: Rotational (including night shifts depending on the process)
Work Type: Voice & Non-Voice (Chat/Email Support)
π ️ Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer support via phone, chat, and email to resolve queries.

Manage international voice processes across various industries.

Accurately process transactions and maintain quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet performance and service goals.

Participate in regular training for upskilling on products and communication.
π Key Skills Required

Proficient in English – Reading, Writing & Speaking

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
