As a Technical Support Representative, you will:

  • Provide first-level technical support for Hybrid Cloud Services and associated platforms.

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure effective resolutions.

  • Understand and explain business processes to enhance customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates (BSc or BCA – 2024 Passouts Only).

  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
