🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients (US/UK).

  • Resolve customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.

  • Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters.

  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

🔑 Key Skills Required

  • Fluent English Communication (verbal is a must)

  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer operating knowledge

  • Willingness to work in night shifts

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate Freshers (2019 onwards) OR

  • HSC + 6 months of BPO experience

  • Candidates from all graduate streams are welcome

  • Must be comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs
