🔧 Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Tickets & Escalations
    Monitor and manage incoming support requests, prioritize based on impact, and provide timely responses.

  • Perform Initial Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
    Use debugging tools to investigate technical issues and apply quick fixes or workarounds.

  • Manage Jira Ticketing System
    Create and maintain detailed Jira tickets, including logs, screenshots, and progress updates.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    Work closely with QA and Development teams to ensure resolution of issues within SLAs.

  • Customer-Focused Communication
    Provide consistent follow-ups, communicate feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Experience using debugging tools and techniques

  • Familiarity with Python scripting, including automation and relevant libraries

  • Comfortable working in agile or cross-functional teams

  • Understanding of industry standards and best practices in network systems
