Job Summary

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to help our customers explore, interpret, and leverage healthcare data to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. If you're passionate about solving real-world problems using data and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we’d love to hear from you.

A Day in the Life

  • Create top-tier, customer-facing documentation that is clear, insightful, and engaging

  • Eliminate ambiguity by transforming tacit knowledge into clearly articulated documentation

  • Enhance team productivity by making complex processes easy to understand

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Business Analysts to draft impactful materials aligned with business goals

  • Use data to drive decision-making and support innovative healthcare solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret healthcare data

  • Work with Python libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn to perform data analysis and develop models

  • Build and evaluate statistical models; select the most appropriate models for different types of data

  • Maintain version-controlled documentation that aligns with product releases

  • Communicate insights effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations

  • Work cross-functionally with various teams in a dynamic, results-driven environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries

  • Working knowledge of Python and relevant data science libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to break down complex datasets

  • Experience creating and deploying statistical models

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a startup-style, fast-paced environment

Education

  • UG: Any Graduate

  • PG: Any Postgraduate
