Job Description
Infosys BPM Ltd. is hiring freshers for the Customer Support & Service Desk - Voice Process roles in Bangalore and Pune. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this opportunity is for you!
Skills Required:
✅ Excellent communication skills (English)
✅ Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control M (preferred)
✅ Basic troubleshooting knowledge of VPN, drivers, O365, Active Directory, etc.
✅ Familiarity with operating systems, networking, and cloud computing
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity applications
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment (US shift timings)
✅ 100% Work from Office (No hybrid/remote)
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Provide first-level resolution to customer queries.
πΉ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating when necessary.
πΉ Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy.
πΉ Maintain and update customer interaction records in the service management system.
πΉ Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training programs.
Eligibility Criteria
π Education: Any Graduate (Full-Time)
π― Experience: 0-1 Year
Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Must be willing to work US shift timings (Night shifts).
✔ Must complete client-specified training programs.
✔ Should be open to flexible shifts and 24x7 work environment.
✔ Must carry all original educational documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation).
