👤 Role Overview

Position: Customer Support Representative (US Voice Process)
Shift: Flexible (Night shifts included)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice calls for customer service and support.

  • Assist US-based customers in resolving their queries with professionalism.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions.

  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to quality guidelines.

🔑 Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Background:

    • Non-Engineering Graduates Preferred

    • (BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA graduates are not eligible for this drive)

  • Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year)

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong verbal communication in English
